Trans4Kids Shuttle Transportation Policies

Seatbelts are to worn at all times and will be strictly enforced. Any incident of non compliance may lead to your child's shuttle service to be terminated.
- Passengers shall not interfere with the driver's responsibilities.
- Everyone is expected to be in control of their emotions and not scream, yell or use profanity. This behavior will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to terminate Shuttle Services for disruptive children. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. This rule applies to parents as well.
- Cell phone use is permitted as long as it is not disruptive to the driver.
Parents: Please have your children turn down the volume on the ring tones
- Trans4Kids Shuttle, Inc. will not be liable for any items left in shuttles.
- After services begin, if you request that your child have variable drop off/pick up times, there will be a $5/fee per occurrence, if we can accommodate the change. Please call the main office first to see if this can be scheduled. The drivers cannot schedule this for you.

Sick child pick up: Membership is required and all documentation must be on file with Trans4Kids Shuttle, Inc.
- It is extremely important for your child to be ready at the pre-arranged time.

- Postma Elementary School
- Spillane Middle School
- Warner Elementary Schoo
Don’t see your child’s school here but you’d like to be placed on a waitlist? No problem! Call us.
Please remember that you must complete and submit the General Terms and Conditions contract and pay the $25 non-refundable registration fee in order to secure your child’s seat on the shuttles. Priority will be giving to those families who have completed this process.

Cancellation Policy
Customers are required to provide notice of cancellation via telephone. There is no cancellation fee if the cancellation is made at least four (4) hours prior to the date of service if it is confirmed. Cancellations made after that time or no-show, missed shuttle, etc. are subject to a cancellation fee equal to $30 in addition to the day's fare.
Refund Policy
Refunds are given only if the following
applies:

Incorrect payment applied

Accounting error made by The Company

As outlined in the General Terms and
Conditions Agreement
