Trans4Kids Shuttle, Inc. offers a variety of convenient transportation packages as well as single trip accounts if you only need our services occasionally. A $25 non-refundable annual Membership Fee is required for all services. This fee secures your spot on our waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis as well as giving your child priority for on-call trips.

Reserve Your Child's Seat in 3 Easy Steps:

  1. Click on the Rates & Reservations tab and complete the reservation form
     
  2. The General Terms and Conditions Contract will be e-mailed to you. This form must be completed and faxed back before any services can be provided.
     
  3. Trans4Kids Shuttle, Inc. will e-mail you an invoice for you to pay on line with an approved credit card.
